Orders may only be canceled before production or shipment begins. Since many of our pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Rossa Diamond offers both natural and lab-grown diamond jewelry depending on the collection and design.

Product descriptions clearly specify the type of stones used. All products come with a certificate.

Is your jewelry handcrafted?

Yes. Many Rossa Diamond pieces are handcrafted with attention to detail and premium finishing standards.
 

Do your products come with packaging?

Yes. Every Rossa Diamond order is delivered in premium branded packaging designed for both gifting and luxury presentation.
 

Can I request a custom design?

For selected projects and bespoke requests, custom jewelry services may be available. Please contact our team for more information.
 

Returns & Exchanges
 

Can I return my order?

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in original condition.
 

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.
